Q: How safe/equipped is your centre for our needs?
A: We at Hartlands understand that everyone on the spectrum has different needs and skills, and to list all of them would take a website of its own. Please feel free to call or email us with questions you may have on this, we'll be happy to talk about the steps we have taken, and how we can further make your stay safe and comfortable.

Q: How much does a holiday at Hartlands cost?
A: Click the blue "book now" button top left of this web page to select a booking slot, a price will be shown once a start and end date have been selected on the calendar. Please feel free to browse this way before committing. Prices depend on which apartment you require, and on which season you prefer.

Q: What are the check-in/out times?
A: Check in is after 3pm, check out is 10am.

Q: Is there free parking?
A: Yes there is free parking for a maximum of 2 cars per apartment.

Q: Are there any additional costs?
A: No, all costs associated with your accommodation are included in the price.

Q: Is the swimming pool available for private use?
A: The swimming pool can be booked for 1 hour private sessions, multiple sessions can be booked but consideration has to be given to all the guests staying.

Q: Can we smoke in the centre?
A: The centre has a strict no-smoking policy in the building and grounds; there is a smoking area in the front.

Q: Are the facilities suitable for wheelchair users?
A: No sorry, the building has stairs that make it unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Q: Is there WiFi access?
A: Yes there is WiFi throughout the building, also computers in the IT area that are connected to the internet.
